2009
January:
2009 started of pretty good with a night on the town, (nothing too heavy I had to start work at 0600 the next morning). I did my usual dressing up thing, (in Newquay if you dont dress up you look stupid) my theme this year was Zombie!!
The good news was we had about 2 weeks of good clean swell, sun and light winds. The bad new was some b******d took it apon them selves to steal my Hurley winter suit. As if that was'nt bad enough they came back the next day and stole my booties!! After Matt at Hurley sorted me out with a new one I hit our normal winter surf, big and mostly out of control, still it
was nice to get back in the surf.

February:
This month too was to have mixed fortunes. I was all geared up to spend two weeks in the Dominican Rep with my girlfriend Hannah. The trip did'nt start off so good. As we took the over night bus to Heathrow we were in high hopes, a quick bus change to Gatwick and we were 4 hours from fly time. 5 hours later and we were still on the M25, 2ft deep in snow and not moving. We arrived at Gatwick 1 hour after are flight should of took off only to find the the plane was missing 120 passengers and 7 of the crew. Happy days, they opened the check in again and before you knew it we were on board ready to go. The real good news was they checked us in so quick I did'nt have to pay for my boards, result. And so the trip begins. The first 2 days held perfect weather and a small but clean ground swell. Day 3, rain and wind. Day 4, rain and wind. day 5,rain and wind.........you might see a pattern forming here. Day 10, Yes the sun comes out, the wind dies and the good times continue. I get a couple of surfs in, even though I have a little niggle in my shoulder (nothing to worry about). Sun, surf and free food......sweet.
Day 11, wake up at 0430. I cant sleep because of the pain in my shoulder, this is not good. The thing is, when it rains for days on end and your on holiday, what do you do? We played monopoly......for hours at a time. I think I incured the first ever monopoly related injury in history! I took some pain killers the first day and got away with a surf. I was'nt so lucky after that. I could'nt paddle, I could'nt even pick up a cup of tea. Back in Newquay and I would find out I had a rotator cuff injury. These can take months to sort out. So I started osteopath treatments, ice packs and no exercise. After 3 weeks I can do light exercise but still can't surf. Roll on March!
March:
Unfortunatly so far this month its been bad news as far as my shoulder goes. I had to see an occupational health physician, he was'nt too happy with my progress, so he insisted on no upper body exercise for at least a month and got me to see a physiotherapist. So at the moment I can't surf, play basketball, do boxing training, go swimming. All I can do is run. So I've been running. I try to mix it up a bit, one day will be hills which is quite short but high intensity, then the next will be a longer flatter run. The gym work has changed aswell. More squats, crunches, back extentions nothing too mad, i'm just trying to keep my general fitness up. Fingers crossed I'll be back in the surf just as the water starts to warm up.
(I would like to thank my girlfriend Hannah for being my spell check.x)
April:
At last I can get back into the surf. We've had a couple of good small clean days with not too much paddling, which has been great to start me back. I still cant believe how quick you lose your surfing fitness...mind you that could be my age! Also I managed to take an Indo-board training session, so I can now instruct Indo-board classes. Many thanks to Adriano for the opportunity to get on the Indo-board team and also thanks to Kevin, my very patient instructor, who also advised me on shoulder rehabilitation.
May:
May has started sunny for a change. We've had some solid days of surf so far, its been as big a 4-6ft and clean. The good news is my shoulder is pain free, the bad news is that after 2 months of no activity the Subscapularis muscle has withered and almost disapeared. So I have a lot of work to do to get the muscle anywhere near normal. Still I can surf and play basketball and even do some light pad work in the gym, it's all good.
I have just returned from an amazing trip to Ireland, I have'nt been there for 2 years. As always I stayed with my good friends Richy and Briohny Fitzgerald. Richy is embarking on a very exciting coaching future at Surf Coach Ireland. I was lucky enough to get perfect waves at Bundoran...............
Thank you Richy And Bri.xxxxxxxxxxxx
June:
June started off with amazing surf and even better weather. Down here in Newquay we were treated to a week long sunny spell reaching at least 25deg everyday. SE winds kept the swell clean and fun, low and high tide banks were the go. I had more news on my shoulder as well. After 2 1/2 months of physio there was no change in the missing muscle department so my physio advised me to stop seeing them as no progress had been made and referred me to a specialist to get an MRI scan. Good news for me was that the BPSA Champion of Champion's event is back on in Sri Lanka, its been 4 years since the last event in which I came 2nd. The event will be held at the end of this month and the first week in July.
Well I've just finished packing for Sri Lanka, got a couple of new Spider boards to put through their paces. The hire car crew is me Stokesy, Feasty, Mike Young and Aarron Evans, we got a late flight out but should have 3-4 days of free surfing before the contest kicks off.
July:
What a trip that was!! We had a problem free drive to Heathrow and checked in with no trouble. The flight was 11hrs to Columbo, where we stayed the night in a 5* hotel. Next morning it was all aboard the bus driven by Basil. 12hrs later we got to the surf. We had head high or bigger waves everyday and I had forgot just how hot it gets over there. The water and air was 30degs. We had 4 days of free surfing then the contest ran for 3 days. I was happy to reach the semi's and finish 5th over all, not bad for an old dude with a bum shoulder. Richy Sills of SA won the event with solid backhand attack.
I really wish we could of stayed a bit longer, I think next year the contest will be set in stone so everyone can get them selves ready in time. Also I heard a bit of sight seeing will be planned for next year after the event.
Good news.........after 5 months of waiting I finally get to see someone about my shoulder who can tell me if surgery will be a possibility to get me back to %100.
August:
Well we have had waves most of the summer, the Boardmasters went of in pumping surf and a couple of the boys put in a good show to clear a few rounds. The sun has been playing hide n seek alot of the time but when you got good banks who cares!! I've been surfing a new board "quiver" from Luke Heart, its a parabolic railed 5'11" super low volume but because its epoxy it floats me fine. Its so quick and responsive I feel like I'm surfing like a 30 year old again! LOL. I have a possible trip to Jersey the end of Sept for the Europeans. I will be the Coach/senior surfer, just trying to sort out travel plans.
September:
This was a month full of surf. It was as if the weather was trying to make up for something. For the most part i surfed my 5'11" quiver board which is flying in all kinds of surf. Good news on the shoulder, I saw a surgeon who told me I had "Parsonage-Turner sydrome" which is treatable by an operation. Recovery time is anywhere between 2-5 years! not so good but he did say that I should be able to surf again after about 2 months. the down side is thats going to be the middle of winter! but hay, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Late September and it was off to the europeans in Jersey. We were over there for 10 days, and it was pretty much flat for 8 of them. We had good results in the Open with Stokesy getting to the semi's but was surfing good enough for a final spot. Tyson got a 3rd in the seniors and Sarah was skunked in the women final. Some strange/bad calls at the event but shit happens.
October:
The water is starting to chill a little bit but we have had some of the best surfing conditions ever. Not big swells but clean, fun swells with no wind and sunny skys. Matt at Hurley rolled out my new winter suit and a pair of boots that look like ninja shoes!! I also have an operation for my shoulder 16th Oct. I'm kind of looking forward to it just so I can get on with getting fit again. Finally after 7 1/2 months of waiting I have had my shoulder op. It was a day thing, the op was at 0930 and I was aloud home at 1700. The first instructions were to keep the sling on for 2 weeks, though I was given some exercises to do by my physio, just to keep the shoulder from freezing. I'm not aloud to lift anything at all for 6 weeks, after that we start strength training. The nerve they freed was under several inches of muscle (trapezius) which had to be cut open. The main thing I can do is not to rush things. So for now its no upper body exercises! I have started to stretch my legs more and do a few sets of crunches and squats a day just to burn some cals.
November:
Well Ive been bored out of my tree but slowly I'm starting to use my arm more and more. I see the guy who performed the op this Wed (25th Nov) I think he wants to see his handy work. I'm hoping he will be happy enough for me to start swimming to try and build the muscles back in the shoulder. The bicep and tricep have shrunk a little from lack of use but that was expected. The main thing is I can raise my hand above my head with little or no pain. I have physio 2 days after the meeting with the surgeon and I'm hoping we start on the strength training. I can see the light and the end of the tunnel.
The meeting with the surgeon was short and sweet. He was happy with my progress but did say it might take upto 6 months for the nerve that was trapped to be fully fuctional. My physio was also happy and has aloud me to start exercising again, I just have to take it slow and steady. Happy days!
December:
Seems to be all good from all angles. The physio says that the muscle is reacting to the exercises I'm doing. It's about 1/3 of the size it should be but now I'm putting the work the light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer. So as long as I take it easy I can start surfing and playing basketball again. Fingers crossed I'll hit the surf in the morning (just hope its not too cold!)
Over the last few days I managed to get a couple of surfs in. The waves were small and clean.....and cold! It was a bit of a struggle to be honest, the last time I surfed it was in my summer suit, then 2 months go by and its winter suit and boots! The first day I only lasted 40 mins then I was knackered, the next day it was an hour and I managed to get some turns down. The worst thing was how sore my ribs were! The surf has gone crap again so its back to the gym.
2010
January:
Well the newyear got off to a bang, was a a little bit fresh but a good night was had by all. On the surfing front its slowed up a bit, not because of my shoulder but because its been so dam cold! Physically I'm getting much stronger, way stronger than I was for most of last year. My fitness is slowly returning and everything is possitive when it comes to my rehab. Myself and Hannah have booked a week in Lanzerote which should be fun, a bit of sun and some warm surf will help alot. My physio is happy with my recovery and has said that as long I keep up the exercises there is no reason to see them again. The only thing I have to think about now is should I take 2 or 3 boards away?!
February
Lanzerote Diary: 3rd-10th
Day 1. Surfed fun size Famara beach break, shoulder to head high no wind just me. Second surf in the evening, picked up a bit still fun n clean.
Day 2. Bit more swell went to La Santa and surfed the right, 4-5ft 8-10 guys out . First wave someone in the way, over the falls face first, local not happy with my effort, second wave blew the back out of it.
Day 3. Too big
Day 4. Too big , San Juan crowded. Saw Joff Owen he said to try playa blanka tmrw.
Day 5. Went down to playa blanca took for ever to find the wave, Joff said to look for a castle but it's not really a castle. Found the Castle left looked abit cross shore and a pain to get out. Found a right hander near the light house, was lookin ok but the end was dry. Also saw a nice peak in Puerto Del Carmen but had 5 guys out, found a little left peak in Matagorda with 1 Irish guy out it's was nice to get wet. There was a good peak right at the end of the runway of the airport but it was full of spongers.
Day 6. Too big on the west coast not big enough on the east.
Day 7. Went for an early to San Juan, got there just before dawn 3 guys out, all Germans, surfed with them for 30 mins then they got out, just me for 40 mins. 4ft light onshore, was a good end to a nice little winter break.
After 2 weeks of being back in sub zero temps I faced my demons and went for a surf, apart from feeling sick cos the water was so cold on my hands it was'nt that bad. South Fistral had a couple of good days and I got a solo surf at small Little Fistral, looks like there's a good bank there at low. The real good news is Spring is just around the corner.
March
I have been surfing more and more through March. The water still feels cold but we have had some good swells and fun waves around Newquay.

I also got invited to have a go on the new Florider just outside Newquay before it opened to the public. Hannah was good enough to film me between laughing fits check it out here. I'm sorry for the side ways vid but I havnt got Quicktime Pro to change it......but you will get the general idea! I go to the opening day tomorrow so I hope to put in a better performance.
April
Well I've been on "The Loop" Flo rider now with Kerry and Leon and its way harder than we all thought! The good news is that everyone who has tried it has found the same problem, everyone thinks they can surf it like a wave!!! WRONG!! Still we are planning our next sesh soon.
The surf has been pretty good for the first part of the month but things have slowed up on the wave front, but the sun has been shining for over a week so its not all bad. I did my RLSS this week but have to do the swim again as i failed big time! I would like to thank everyone on the course for their support, Occy, Daz, Leigha, Steve, Chloe, Pete, Al, Simon and Gary. Everyone keeps saying how can you not be a good swimmer if you surf? The answer is, its because I surf I'm not that good a swimmer, I've never really needed to swim before, everytime I get wet its with my board under me! Still I'm putting some lenths in down the pool to make up for it and the good news is my fitness is coming on good (check out my new Gallery pic, not bad for someone who's 40 this year!!).
We had a little pulse of swell with light winds but I had other things to take care of.....like the return to the Flo Rider!! Myself, Kerry and Leon went back for another stab at it and I finally did some little turns!! I'm a happy chappy! Check out my best "wave"
May
Getting plenty of water time. First contest for me this year will be the English Nationals held at Watergate. I finally passed my RLSS so I am ready to do some coaching and pass on some of my knowledge. Had some more fun at the Flow Rider and am slowly getting into it. There is a contest up there in June so I hope to put on a good showing. Just had the English, the surf was'nt up to much but I managed to pull out win in the Seniors and Masters, thats the second time I've done the double, stoked! Also I have a UKPST event up in Croyde at the end of the month, should be a good event. I got hold of my new Quiver board from Luke Heart. Its 5'8" x 18 1/4" x 2 3/16" rounded pin, it f*****g flys!!!
I surfed it in 2ft onshore up to 6ft clean and it goes so well! Luke is definatly onto something, so I ordered another! Looks like Sri Lanka will be on at the end of June, fingers crossed I make the cut. Did'nt do too well at Croyde. Finished =17th. The surf was good but had slack banks every now and then, which seemed to be when my heats were! Still room for improvement.
June
June is a very exciting month. We have 2 contests and a full fun day at the Loop flow rider. It all kicks off on the 17th at the Flow rider. 36 surfers will face off in a one day contest. The fun starts at 8am when there are 5 hours practice on the thing, followed by a 16 heats of a man on man format all the way to the final. There will be displays from the local Flow instructors and a live band. The finals will be at 11pm. The very next day is the start of the Gul night surf down at fistral. Then at the end of the month its back to Sri Lanka for the 4th Champion of Champions event.....cant wait!
Well we just had the Flow Rider event and after an amazing fun day had by all i finished 5th! Pretty happy with that, I was beat by the eventual winner Adam Griffiths. The very next day we all turned up at Fistral beach for the Gul Nightsurf, slightly stiffer than normal. I had to surf from round 1 as my shoulder injury kept me from competing last year and left me with no seeding points. I had another good run and finished = 7th (semi final) as if this wasnt good enough I also won the best floater prize of £250. Not a bad couple of days and just to finish the week with some whipped cream, I'm flying out to Sri Lanka on Friday the 25th!!! STOKED!
July
Photo Pete Ash Well Sri Lanka was a blast! That wave is so much fun on your backhand, you can really get a top to bottom rythme going. The contest was taken out by an on form Stokesy over Reubin Pearce. I finished an ok 9th, beaten by 0.5! I dont think you ever get used to close defeats! I stayed on an extra week with Josh Piper, Pete & Reuben Ash, Sam Scoble, Mikey, Dodi and Capel. The waves were'nt all time but really good fun and we still surfed 3 times a day. Back home and I had a bit of trouble with a couple of reef cuts that got infected but a week on antibiotics are clearing that up and I can still get in the water. British Nationals next month at Fistral and I'm keen on revenge!! The surf has been pretty sad for the second half of July, summers flying by and we need some summer sun and waves!
August
So far so bad. August has been a let down in the surf and sun. We have had north winds for as long as I can remember and its been wet. I can't honestly remember the last time we had a good ground swell and off shore winds. The boardmasters ran off in ok waves, Russ Winter put on the best show for a local finishing 3rd, he was beaten by the event winner by 0.24 is the semi's. With the British Nationals less the 2 weeks away I hope we get a few waves to get wet in! I have a couple more Quiver boards on order, a 5'5" Dirty Truck and a 6'1" step up, fingers crossed should pick them up early next month. Keep checking "my quiver" for photo's. The British National Championships were held at the end of the month in ok waves, I managed to sneak a win in the Masters and Seniors which goes well with my two titles I picked up in the English Nationals.
September
At long last we have had some good solid waves, off shore winds and sun!! Everyone is surfed out and its a good feeling. There was another contest at Fistral, the Nike 6.0. Basically 60 surfers are put in 4 heats of 15 surfers. The heats are 45 mins long and 3 photog's shoot everyones waves, the best 10 are put on the web and the photo with the most votes gets the surfer £500. Stay tuned for a link!
Unfortunatly I did not get a pic in the top 10.....I blame the photographer!!(only joking) but we did have amazing surf and it was one of the most fun well put together contests I have ever been in! On the travel front I am off to Germany on the 22nd to help with the webcast of saltbox.tv who are covering a Pro Windsurf Event for 2 weeks. Other good news is that I just secured sponsorship with Future Fins. I can't wait to start experimenting with different fin designs!
October
Just got back from Germany where I anchored the live web stream for the PWA Colgate Windsurfing World Cup from Sylt. It was the fasted learning curve I have ever had to do. I met some of the best sailors in the sport as well as a couple of legends! The stream went really, the film crew were amazing and the 12 days went really quick. You can check out highlights and interviews HERE. We had a couple of good swells through October, the water is well on its way to the chilli end! Thanks to Matt at Hurley for my toasty winter suit! Just found out i'll be off to Cape Verde in Nov with the PWA again, defo taking boards this time!
November
Clean and cold waves to start the month, had a fun surf at Praa sands. Got a good tash on the go for Movember trying to raise money for prostate cancer! Cape Verde just around the corner, boardshorts and point breaks....whats the worst that could happen?!
The surf never really fired but there are so many reefs it is a place I would love to visit again. Not a nice place if you dont like sea urchins! The pic above is Punta Preta, this place can hold up to 15ft! All depending on swell direction depends on you getting long rights, fat hollow lefts or fun playful peaks.
December
COLD COLD COLD....you get the idea! I have never felt such a cold spell for such a long time in my life! Thank god Matt at Hurley gave me a new 5/4/3 hooded wetsuit, the Phantom, its like being hugged by the Devil its so warm! Not only was it cold but its been flat for weeks, probably my fault cos I picked up 2 new Quiver boards (check Quiver page). Did all my Christmas shopping online and everything turned up well in time for the big day! Had to get back in the gym due to lack of surf, feeling good! I really need to get more water time in which is hard at this time of year with the short days, so I'm starting to think about getting away for a month in the sun in Feb, Sri Lanka is topping list at the mo. I've been checking flights out and the all seem to be about the same. Unfortunatly Hannah (my girlfriend) will be staying here in the cold due to work obligations so it will be strange leaving her behind. (guna miss her and her amazing cooking!)
2011
This year started cold and dry with amazing surf. We had a good night New Year's, I was a zombie for a change and Hannah was the Queen of Hearts! Had a little bit of a hangover on Sat but got a surf in on Sun, good fun size waves, the new suit is so warm! Sri Lanka is booked for the 9th Feb, I'm really looking forward to getting my surf fitness right back and getting wet 2-3 times a day. There is a little Newquay crew out there with Ben, Gemma Harris and slacko so I hope to meet up with them for a few days. Quiver Surfboards have launched a new website, take a look HERE it has rider updates, board design and tech stuff. The riders will have their own blog and vid page.
February
I spent most of this month surfing in the sun. 4 week in Sri Lanka, surfing in board shorts and trying out different Quiver surfboards and Future Fin set ups as well as making many new friends!!. check out some of the action:

March
Once back in the UK I tried to hit the surf as soon as I could and was suprised to find the water was a lot warmer than I thought. I could really feel the restriction wetsuits give after a month in shorts!
April
April has kicked in and the sun has been shining for a couple of weeks, the best thing is the surf has been pumping! Still in my winter suit but the cap and boots are in a bag till next winter! The only down side is I creased my 5,5" Dirty Truck :o( but Luke thinks he can fix it which is a bonus, I also ordered another one as I love them! Another bit of good news is I was contacted by Dave Reed of the UKPST and I will be commentating on the Nightsurf event in July as well as I the Swatch Girls Pro WQS in France for the webcast in early June. First contest of the year coming up at the end of the month, the English National Championships which are going to be just the Open, Ladies & Longboard.
May
May has been a month of mixed surf and weather. I think we were a little bit spoilt from April! Still had some fun surfs at South Fistral, had to get away form the SW winds! My new board is well under way and I have a great idea for a spray, can't say yet. It feels like the water has got a little bit colder since last month, the winter suit is staying on for a bit longer! Had some waves at Little Fistral and then at Bowgie Left, I really need to start getting out of Newquay more for surfs! Good news, my new boards ready to pick up!

What do you think? Art work done by Dan Hodgkinson.....Sweet!
Had a surf in it at Fistral, was so amazed how much difference fins make. I started with Clay Marzo Future fins and the board felt like a 6'1" eventhough itsonly a 5'5". I switched to the F4 carbons and holey s**t it went so fast! I'm off to France in a couple of days to cover a webcast for the Swatch Girls Pro, cant wait!
June
Summer is well on its way but you wouldnt know it so far! We have had a bad string of weather fronts which have kept cold northerlys in place and a lack of swell. The good news for me is I'm off to France to do the webcast for the Swatch girls Pro, I cant wait! Wont be taking a board but I have a friend based down there for the summer and she said she would hook me up.
Well France summer has started. I was treated to sunny warm weather for the whole week and the surf was pumping. The most amazing thing was how good the girls surf now!! Dont believe me? Follow this link! Leave a message you will be blown away! My friend jo Dennison leant me a 5'112 to play on, the girls ripped that hard i would drive 3KM north so I didnt get blown out of the water! The event was won by Sally Fitzgibons. I had some legends in the booth with me. Dave Prescott was a pleasure to work with. Richy Collins the former nub 3 in the world and his amazing 11yr old daughter Miah, Jessi Miley-Dyer top 10 in the world, the contest winner Sally, the list goes on! the only downside was a missed flight home but I managed to entertain myself for a while. Click on my eye, Check it out
July
The sun has come out at last. We have surf and it doesnt get dark till 10pm! You gotta love summer (better late than never!). First contest of the year for me this month. The Nike 6.0 nightsurf. I had a commentating job too, shared with Sam Lamaroy. We had pretty blustery surf for the first day but it calmed down for the finals. i made the Quarters and was beaten by 0.5, though most people (and a couple of judges) thought I should have got the score on my last wave. I think the judges missed my first turn but never mind, I've made heats i shouldnt and didnt make heats I should. It will all even out in the end!
August
Well we have a little bit of surf, nothing amazing mind also got the Boardmasters this month but cant believe they havnt got a webcast......whats going on!! Loving my new Hurley summer suit, Phantom 202, toasty warm and looks insane!
Well the Boardmasters have come and gone, in the end we did a pirate webcast using Tiger24.com. By all accounts it worked a treat and sent a message that these 6* events need webcasting! Big month in Sept for me, I have to cover Quiksilver King of the Groms then later on off to the Azores for the Billabong Pro!
September
You can feel that summer has past us by, this is normally the month we dream about all year! Kids at school, summer weather and winter swells! King of the groms went off in good waves, 5 days of competition, had a really good time. This week we have the Red Bull break 5 contest on a beach just outside Bude. I was surfing in the over 39's in our 5 man team, first prize a trip to some wave place with a photo in tow to capture all the action. I dont like to point fingers but Sam Lamaroy let us down! :o) we ended up 4th but it was a great event and really good to catch up with old friends!
I was surfing yesterday and Beth Hamilton paddled out, she is on a tour for the launch of her new film Soul Surfer. Very inspiring person and ripping even on a borrowed board!
October
Just back from the Azores and had an amazing time! The surfing was insane, CJ Hobgood and Nate Yeomans went wave for wave in the final with CJ finishing on top! We had all kinds of waves for the event from small offshore, glassy chunky to 6ft+ barrelling waves! Had a blast on the webcast with Occy and Dog Marsh!
2 of the coolest guys I've ever met!
Not all good news this week, I got back to the UK to hear my best mate had died. Not looking forward to the funeral but it will give me a chance to say goodbye. I went for a surf yesterday with his son and had a real fun one.....thanks for chucking some lefts my way Stu!
November
November has pumped with swell! We have had off shore winds for 2 weeks and a good ground swell to go with it! The booties have finally gone on and wont be off till June now. I have picked up my Hurley winter kit and its amazing, nice new 5/3 winter suit too. I have been taking part in Movember, a charity that supports work into prostate cancer. You basically grow a tash from scratch from 1st Nov. this is my effort with a few days to go!
So far I have raised 60quid which is better than last year! Here is a link to my Mo space:
You can donate when ever you like. At the end of this month I will be unemployed for the first time since leaving school. The main plan is to surf lots and get fitter, then I guess I should get a job!
December
Well its almost the end of a very mixed year! The water is starting to get cold and we seem to have North winds week after week. I had a little surf trip south with a couple of mates, we had some fun ones but nothing amazing, still it was nice to get out of Newquay for a day! Also spent 4 days at the Horse of the Year show in Olympia London with the Simon and Nathan at Mojo Futute Tech. It really opened my eyes to the potential of the bands for sports people, horses, dogs and anyone who gives them a try! I am a true believer in the power of the Mojo Band and the tech that is involved. Hope to be working with them again next year! I now have a new board in my quiver, its a 5 fin set up. Will probably test surf it when I decide where to spend a month in the sun.
